<p>We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the countries of the European Union.</p>
<h2>Shipping cost</h2>
<p>Standard shipping is free on all orders. Every order ships with tracking.</p>
<h2>Processing time</h2>
<p>Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.</p>
<h2>Delivery time</h2>
<p>Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees: delays can happen during busy periods, bad weather or customs checks.</p>
<h2>Tracking</h2>
<p>When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update.</p>
<h2>Customs, duties and taxes</h2>
<p>Orders shipped to Canada or the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes, depending on your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.</p>
<h2>Shipping address</h2>
<p>Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address, as this is only possible before the order ships.</p>
<h2>Lost or undelivered packages</h2>
<p>If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.</p>
