Refund policy

<h2>Final sale</h2>
<p>All products on Auralane are sold at a discounted price. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or model ordered, or if you no longer want the item.</p>
<h2>Used items</h2>
<p>Items that have been used, worn, washed, assembled or altered cannot be returned or refunded.</p>
<h2>Damaged or defective items</h2>
<p>If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video clearly showing the problem. Once the issue is confirmed, we will send you a free replacement. You do not need to send the original item back. Normal wear from use is not considered a defect.</p>
<h2>Lost or late orders</h2>
<p>If your order shows no tracking movement for an extended period, or tracking shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.</p>
<h2>Cancellations</h2>
<p>You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.</p>
<h2>Your legal rights</h2>
<p>This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Customers in the European Union may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery by contacting us within that period. In that case, the item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, and the customer pays the return shipping cost.</p>
